Today (15 Sept. 2014) at Wat Pracha Bamrung (Wat Luk Wua), Bang Khun Thian District, Bangkok, the House Committee on Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation organized a seminar on "Management and Control of the Spread of Blackchin Tilapia for Ecological Sustainability with Science, Research and Innovation" to follow up on finding ways to help people in terms of the law with farmers affected by the Blackchin Tilapia.
